ABOUT US

Apex Property Management is a family-owned company built on wholehearted service, smart systems, and meaningful relationships.

Rooted in the Treasure Valley since 2005, we bring a personal and professional touch to every property we manage—because we’ve lived it ourselves, as renters, owners, and investors.

While our journey is filled with lessons and growth, what matters most is what we’ve built for you. Our systems are designed to reduce complexity, increase transparency, and support lasting success—for both investment property owners and the residents who call these homes their own.

At Apex, we’re intentional about who we work with. We specialize in residential property management and partner with real estate investors who share our commitment to maintaining high-quality homes and offering excellent living experiences in the greater Boise area.

We believe in clarity over confusion, communication over complication, and service that exceeds expectations. Whether you're expanding your investment portfolio or simply want peace of mind, we’re here to make property ownership effortless and rewarding.

SAMUEL & AMANDA BEUTLER

Co-Owners

Sam and Amanda’s story began in 2005 at Boise State University, where they bonded over a shared curiosity for real estate and a vision for building something lasting. What started with the renovation of a single dilapidated home has since evolved into a lifelong partnership—both in business and in life—centered around real estate, entrepreneurship, and wholehearted leadership.

Over the years, they've worn every hat: renters, homeowners, landlords, investors, builders, and mentors. Their firsthand experiences through the full real estate cycle have shaped Apex Property Management into a company that understands the nuances of the industry and the people in it. Together, they’ve turned lessons learned into a thoughtful, integrity-driven business model that values clarity, communication, and community.

Today, Sam leads vendor relations, marketing, and business development while Amanda drives innovation through systems, process design, and a commitment to excellence in service and strategy. Together, they guide Apex with a clear purpose:
To partner with investment property owners to preserve assets, grow portfolios, and create a seamless experience for both residents and investors—every step of the way.

YUDICE BARRIOS

Operations Manager

As a proud member of the Apex Property Management team, I'm fortunate to be part of a group of kind-hearted individuals who genuinely care about helping others live fulfilling lives. With over five years of real estate experience, I've been blessed to witness families find their place in the world and make it their home. My greatest accomplishment has been raising my children as a single mother, which motivates me to serve others with the best of my abilities. Ready for any challenges, I’m excited to continue helping people build their futures. Outside the office, I love exploring new places, trying new restaurants, and meeting new people.

CORBIN KLOCK

Investment Manager

With a major in marketing and a minor in entrepreneurial management, I bring a strategic and customer-focused approach to real estate investment. I spent over five years in short-term rental management at the largest full-service company in the U.S., gaining extensive experience in optimizing property performance and enhancing guest and owner experiences.
As an Investment Manager at Apex Property Management, I prioritize clear communication and seamless service, ensuring that property owners and investors receive top-tier management tailored to their goals. I thrive on creating efficient systems that maximize returns while maintaining high-quality, well-managed properties. Outside of work, I’m an outdoor enthusiast who loves fishing, skiing, camping, disc golf, and traveling—always seeking the next great adventure. Just as I navigate the outdoors with precision, I bring that same dedication and expertise to property management, helping investors achieve long-term success.
